GI bills generally have a 10 year window. I think yours past by a few years. What you can do though is talk with your VA rep and they can access tuition funds through the Unemployment office in their WorkForce programs that pay for schooling, generally vocational training which would serve you better to get back to work in a new field
That was my question. I'm a Vietnam Vet and wonder how I would find out about my eligibility for education… need a new trade…
